A2 cow ghee is the purest form of desi cow ghee and can only be made using pure A2 milk of cows native to India or commonly called as Desi cows. These cows are grass-fed and are not factory farmed and are free from cross-breeding. A2 cow ghee has amino acids which make its proteins easier to digest.
The process of making A2 cow ghee involves boiling raw unprocessed cow milk and then, converting it into curd by keeping it in clay pot for 8 hours. The curd is then hand churned to help retain the nutrients and ghee is separated from butter. This process doesn’t involve the addition of chemicals/preservatives and the ghee is prepared in small batches.The Ghee produces has a sweet aroma and dark golden yellow colour.
